Updated Junk Jack to newest release. I lost everything I had. Worlds, characters, items, even my titanium tools. Now I am back at the beginning having to start over. Worst update EVER!! Please fix!

So um after I updated my game.....I lost all my games data and had to start from scratch for some reason...is it suppose to be like that?

So I bought a few things for this game a while ago ( craft book and all the planets ) and now I dont own them anymore..? Like.. really?

Three years worth of play on an awesome game appears to be gone with the latest update. Where did all my stuff go? EPIC UNCOOL!!

Before I start I just wanna say I love this game to death. Its amazing! However every thing has its flaw and this game is no exception. There is one bug that is extremely aggravating. If you put stuff in a furnace and turn off the app and close it, once you get back on the app whatever was in the furnace, coal and all, is deleted from existence. Thats all Ive encountered. Great game and love to see it growing and still being supported!

Can not believe that this update deletes all data with no way to revert. Warnings are not obvious. What an attrocious disrespect for your players.

Everyones complaining about the update erasing data. It even said in the update info that the new update couldnt support older worlds and characters. Theyre still there, just inaccessible. theyre in the files... somewhere.... *X-files theme plays*

Its ruining the experience when all your progress gets reset to an hour ago, gotta fix this before you add/change anything else Amazing game, though

I saw that one of the top searches on the App Store was junk jack but I didnt remember it being called junk jack. So I tapped on it and I didnt see junk jack X anywhere. Is junk jack actually junk jack X but they just updated it and took out the X?

It would be fair if you could bring the "Junk Machine" back, now that we have started all over it would be very useful. PLEASE?

First, they announced in the pre update description that all data would be deleted. It was needed. All the dupers in multiplayer. Second, before update it was a legendary game. After update its even better, a true iOS classic. A must have for any builder or crafter out there, anyone who likes to explore, build, improve their equipment via exploration and battle, exciting multiplayer, epic amounts of playability, tons of content, just an excellent game.

I made a world just yesterday its really cool but its in creative mode and it would be helpful because after the update I lost everything but Ill be able to get cool stuff

Angry that you seriously couldnt come up with a way to preserve all our progress. I spent days of my life playing this game. If you cant figure out how to properly code something you are incompetent.

Fixed! Bug introduced with Christmas holiday update. World blocks are gone and you cannot tell what surrounds you in the world. This will be dangerous for your character, and makes it impossible to travel or collect items/material. Wait for bug fix which will probably happen soon. The devs are pretty good about patches.

The bugs I was having a problem with were squashed and the game is back to its near perfect state again. These devs listen and it is amazing. I still dont know how to tame a fox though :,)

I think the game is really great however, the online multiplayer feature wont work is there a remedy to this? Im on iOS 10.1.1

I just updated it and when I went on to play, all my stuff was gone. There was no worlds, no player, nothing. It immediately asked me to make a new player. I did not sign up for this. By updating I merely thought that it was just gonna add some things, NOT reset my whole game! Fix please!!

This game is very boring with not much to do, the controls are confusing. Dont waste your money.
